What We Don't Do
What We Don't Do
We want to be transparent about what's not included in our services:
Administrative Tasks: While we handle accounting, administrative tasks like issuing arrear notices, record-keeping, and meeting minutes are managed by the estate managers or other administrative management companies
Maintenance and Repairs: We leave the management of maintenance and repair services for common property to estate managers or other specialists.
Debt Collection: Although we offer financial advice, we don't take action to collect outstanding debts from property owners. This responsibility lies with estate managers or other administrative management companies.
Legal Services: We're not legal experts, but we work with Paddocks, specialists in Sectional Title and HOA law, to provide you with access to legal consultation and resources at affordable rates.
